Each conscious Motherhood mentorship program is delivered weekly in a 1-hour one on one session with me as your Soul Parent | Spiritual Child™ Evolutionary Educator. As a Mother to two little girls, I love supporting women who feel passionate about their motherhood journey to feel empowered, confident, and grounded to speak their truth and live rooted in their values—not fear and pressure based on society norms, and other people's opinions and experiences. Expanding your capacity for embodied strength and intuitive knowing within sets a strong foundation for the future. I would be honored to be your guide in that process.

3-Month embracing life changes program

Our Embracing Change 3 month program is dedicated to women who desire to understand how to embrace change from the inside out. This being with her womb, fears, family issues and developing a strong foundation to begin building boundaries in her life to support her desire for emotional health. Key areas that are valued and supported; preconception, conception, birth, newborn, changing family dynamics and relationships.

6-Months compassion & expansion of motherhood

Valuing yourself as you are right now as you grow and expand as a new or seasoned mother. Compassion allows your sensitivities to flourish and shine. The natural instinct as a woman, to be feminine, nurturing and protective, all develop in stages. If you are seeking or finding yourself wanting to ground into your feminine nature and return your natural senses into a powerful place to expand from, then this 6-month compassion and expansion of motherhood program is for you. *This is for women who are mothers or are about to become mothers.

9-Months healing mother & family wounds

Our mother is our strongest connection to our worth and self-love in the world. Inside the womb of our mother you receive messages on how she felt, thought and her relationship to the world, these also become part of your subconscious beliefs.

Healing the mother, is to understand how your family wounds from generations (past and present) affect your ability to live in a conscious loving and purposeful way to model being a Soul Parent for your children. You will learn how to embody your womanhood as a powerful storehouse of creative energy that manifest, heals, anchors into the Earth and embodies her true worth in the world.

WHAT CAN THIS HELP ME HEAL IN MYSELF?

Healing mother wounds, deepening your self-trust, clearing fear from your womb, healing guilt and shame, creating healthy and strong boundaries, navigating changing family dynamics and partner dynamics, sacred teachings to understand the heart of men, how to support the development of empathy and compassion in boys, how to address and heal abusive patterns, and so much more. This work creates a very strong foundation of healing for mothers and aspiring mothers. This isn't a "parenting course" or coaching program. It is a guided journey of deep healing to strengthen the mother in her relationship with self so she can show up stronger as a woman, wife, mother, friend, sister, aunt, grandmother, etc. to live according to her values and truth to honor the spirit of her children. These teachings are from the spiritual children to elevate the mother's consciousness to support her in living in greater integrity to herself, the planet, and her children's future.

HOW HAS THIS PROGRAM IMPACTED YOUR EXPERIENCE AS A MOTHER?

This work came into my life a two years before I conceived, without a doubt, guided by my spirit babies. This program has opened up my awareness on so many levels! I have a beautiful spiritual and intuitive connection with both of my daughters that began prior to conception. I had empowered natural births where I deeply trusted my body. I learned how to speak up strongly for myself and my values, trusting my instincts in what my children need to honor who they are—not what anyone wants them to be. I practice daily reflection on how my children are challenging me to grow, heal, and expand. I have so many stories and experiences on how this has impacted me and my children’s lives for the better.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS?

I became a certified educator in this work in 2018 through the International Soul Therapy School®.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

A weekly 1-hour one on one session with me that is recorded and uploaded in your own private client folder for you to review and ground into as you integrate the work each week. You are welcome to join my online women's community, Parenting Starseed Children, on Facebook for additional live group coaching calls, community, and Q&A.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENTS PLANS?

Yes. You have the option to pay in full or make monthly payments. We can discuss this during your consultation call. The investment range for these programs is $2,160 - $6,480 USD.
