My Personal Journey with Spirit Babies

Before I became a mother, I felt the presence of my children's souls around me. Their energy was quiet yet confident. And now that they are 3 and 5 years old, boy, are they confident! It was almost like they were saying, "We are coming, Mama. Trust the process." It was a strong, unseen yet deeply felt, energetic presence. I fully believed in what I was experiencing and sensing. I trusted myself, my intuition, and what my children were communicating to me from far out in the cosmos.

During pregnancy, I received intuitive impressions, dreams, sensations, and emotional messages. Sometimes the guidance was simple. Slow down. Rest. Relocate!

I moved from the Phoenix metropolitan area to Sedona, Arizona—a location my soul is deeply connected to, and a few hours' drive away from the heavy energy of a major city. This is often helpful in conceiving high vibrational souls—they want a clean energetic environment for conception and birth to enter the Earth field. Other times, I felt my children showing me who they would become and what I needed to heal within myself to prepare for them.

After they were born, the spiritual connection only deepened. Motherhood became a mirror and a teacher. It guided me deeper into my own trauma healing, ancestral clearing, and nervous system regulation.

As I did this inner work, I became more grounded and emotionally safe. That allowed me to show up for my daughters with more presence and compassion.
