Generational Healing® — The Gift of Healing Inherited Emotional Trauma
Generational Healing® sessions are designed to help women and mothers gently uncover and clear inherited emotional patterns, trauma, and energetic blocks that can live in the nervous system and body across generations.
Many women come into this work carrying stories that were never theirs to begin with. Fear around safety, motherhood, worth, or survival that has been passed down through family lines for years. When these patterns are acknowledged and released, the body often responds with a sense of relief, grounding, and reconnection.
Last month, a client conceived two weeks and two days after her first Generational Healing® session. While conception is never promised or guaranteed through this work, her experience reflects what can become possible when ancestral blocks soften and the body no longer feels like it has to brace or protect.
This work is not about forcing outcomes. It is about creating conditions of safety and trust so the body can do what it already knows how to do, if and when alignment is present.
Unhealed ancestral karmic imprints and unhealed trauma can block a person in many ways. These unhealed ancestral imprints can affect your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. The way the session works:
Book a day/time that you are available at home and will be free from distractions or disturbances.
Connect with Sarah over Zoom for the 1-hour session.
Sarah will give you instructions on the call on how to receive the energy healing over distance.
Lay down comfortably with a blanket and eye mask while Sarah facilitates the healing.
Sarah will share with you intuitive insights that came through during the session from your ancestors and support you in integrating the healing.
Sarah will answer any questions you have before completing the Zoom session.

Gift a Spirit Baby Reading
Spirit Baby Readings are a deeply supportive experience for women who are open-minded or believe in the concept of being able to intuitively communicate with the spirit of their child before conception. These sessions aim to foster sacred and open communication with the energetic field surrounding mothers and the spirits of their children who want to come to Earth.
Many women who receive these readings feel a sense of peace, reassurance, or clarity afterward. Sarah is professionally trained and certified as a Spirit Baby Intuitive™ by Vanessa Benlolo of the Soul Guiding Institute in Victoria, BC, Canada. Sarah has been offering spirit baby readings since 2024. She has many experiences she can share about her own preconception journey with both of her children in spirit prior to becoming a Mother in 2020.
